Monday is the Day

My surgery is first case on Monday. I am beginning to get nervous. Going to the grocery store tomorrow to stock up on a weeks worth of food.

Any other suggestions for mental preparation?

Congrats! My advice, remember why you're having surgery and keep you eye on the prize. The post-op pain, diet, etc. sucks and gets old quick, but it gets better everyday and soon you will be eating normal foods again just a much smaller portion. Breathe deep, try to remain calm, and enjoy the ride. Good luck and I hope you have a quick and smooth recovery.

My surgery is on Monday too and im nervous too but im more excited to be on the losers bench finally. But to keep myself focused i made a vision board and hung it up on my room and i wrote why im doing this so i never forget no matter how hard it gets but also my goals and pictures! I also do alot of praying good luck!
