I had surgery 12/3 I started at 285 I'm now 258 I feel like I'm at a stall but I must confess I have been eating fried foods I want them out my life for good can anyone give me some ideas for some good foods becuz the curving haven't stopped! I can't eat as much but I still don't want to go backward
