Abs!

Been 9 months since surgery...and i have lost 80 pounds! I work out four times a week!! But getting a little frustrated .... was wanting to see how i can get great abs??

    I do cardio, i lift weights so i can tone...and do sit ups and crunches! ! Just trying see what i could to start forming abs?!

You've probably got them already, they're just hiding under a layer of fat on your stomach. You have to have very little body fat on your stomach for those muscles to show.
