Muscle Milk?

Anyone have any issues with Muscle Milk? I tried it once. It was OK, low sugar and high protein. I needed a replacement protein shake until my Bariatric Advantage shakes arrive.

I seem to like all of them I've tried, including MM. I am pre-op so tastes may change. I plan to have some on hand in case lactose intolerance crops up after surgery. Costco does carry MM light in chocolate and vanilla. I picked up a new supply of Premier today and also a huge tub of ON Isolate which has 30 g protein. The only reason I use Premier instead of MM is Premier is higher in protein. I try to use Costco and watch for sales to save on money. I drink my shakes right from the container. I like Pure because of the bottles and MM has a nice screw off top too which makes them easier to drink. The Premier shakes have a tear off that covers a drink hole, which makes it a bit difficult to drink, but I make do. MGT

I have no issues with muscle milk LIGHT. there's no lactose in it either. I drink both vanilla and chocolate. I'm a little bored with it, but it goes down with no issues. (Sometimes I do feel a little gasy though)

GNC has their own brand of muscle milk. It's cheaper and it tastes MUCH better! All the nutrition is about the same as well.

They sell individual ones in their little cooler so u can try before u buy a 4 pack :)

What is the GNC brand called? I want to check it out

Not sure but call and ask or stop in :)

Too sweet for me. I get queasy when I have one.
