Frozen yogurt

I am 3 weeks out, can we have frozen yogurt from a yogurt store? I know they are fat free just not sure about the sugar content.

    I found a frozen dessert at my local organic grocery called Arctic Zero. It has 37 calories per half cup, 3.4g protein, and only 6g carbs. It's a good treat when I really want a snack at night.

What flavors do you like to freeze?

Anyones that sound good! I would recommend not using the ones that have fruit in the bottom and are premixed. I also started saving the empty cups cuz I want to mix yogurt/pudding with creamcheese and putting frozen friut in first then the ccheese and pudding and make my own! I am still in liquids for a few days so I will let u know how it goes.
