I feel like I've been going to doctor after doctor and dealing with insurance and everything forever! At least I finally have a surgery date, but now I'm scared as hell! And i'm supposed to be on a two week liquid diet for 2 weeks prior to surgery, this'll be hard, but can't wait to see the rewards. Anyone else having surgery around that day? I'd love to keep tabs with people, every little bit of inspiration and motivation helps!

Jan. 17 is my date too. Started pre-op diet today. We can be sleeve buddies!

I am getting sleeved on the 14th. I was super lucky that the process was simple to get approved from insurance. I started the process in November and I'm already going in for surgery!

Same here...my initial appt was beginning of november. Although i did have to see a nutritionist for a year. Scared still but hoping everything goes well for all of us.
