Same here: Sleeved on December 13 and am still taking Imodium.

same here too ...practically anything i eat sends me to the potty !! i was sleeved on dec 8 ...not to be gross... but its yellowish and drops to the bottom of the potty :(

not to be gross... but its yellowish

Mine is actually a yellowish-orange, a color I've seen before in this context.

i wonder why this is ??

I am having this same problem. My surgeon said it could be the protein shakes or the sugar alcohols. Is anyone else consuming a lot of sugar alcohols?

Are you still on an all liquid diet? Also - yellow can be a sign of gallbladder issues. Do u have any symptoms of gallbladder attacks/issues? I was told that loop that sinks is typically from lots of oils and fats so possibly your body is ridding itself of those things

I'm at 29 days post-op and still taking Imodium for diarrhea every day to two days. My surgeon doesn't seem very concerned about it. He had me submit a stool sample that came back normal (no bacteria or other pathology).

He said that many patients suffer from diarrhea for as many as 30 days after surgery. Well, tomorrow is 30 days for me so we'll see.

My diarrhea was the color of the broth or power ade zero that I drank while on liquids. I finally got it stopped about week three out on it's own. Doctor didn't want me to use too much Imodium in case it caused constipation later. So I didn't but I have to take pain meds for other issues and I'm not going #2 at all. Oh yeah the main color scheme was orangey red.

I too was sleeved 12/10. Just ran home sick. Last few days it seems worse. Only plus is I broke my weight loss stall. It's the cramps that come with it that are killing me!!!!
