Just want to echo what the other vets (as you call us) have said. Over 18 months out and still have fabulous restriction. I just keep following the guidelines of eating my Protein first, then veggie

I'm confused...I have been reading that as a new sleever we will have restriction and will eventually can eat what we want. I'm almost 5 months out and still feel restriction but I wonder if our stomachs were made smaller, once the restriction part goes away aren't we still limited to food intake? And how are you able to get in 1800 calories in?
