My Dr. said I can have soups, yogurt, mashed potatoes, and cream of wheat at 1 week out; just nothing with chunks in it.

    sugar free popsicles are wonderful. Very tasty.. I got the tropical sugar free ones.. and I eat beef broth.. the low sodium one.. its very very tasty. frozen crystal light is great too. Im 3 days post op myself..and I do love the broth.. comes in chicken or beef and veggie kind. Jello is great too.
