stitches

Hi all, i was sleeved on the 17th and doctor used the glue on my incisions. The glue is starting to peel off which is ok but today a piece came off from over the actual cut! Should i put a bandage on it or clean it with peroxide or what? I really dont want it to get infected!! Thanks for reading

As long as the incision isn't open and/or bleeding you should be fine.

I was wondering the same thing. My belly button looks right it is opening. It doesn't hurt nor is it bleeding but I don't want it to get infected

They say to keep them clean and dry...if its in a bad spot I would just put a dry gauze on it

My incisions opened!!! I kept them clean with wound wash and kept them dry. Do not use peroxide, it kills new cells forming and don't use any ointments or creams if they are open. It can trap in bacteria. Keep an eye on them if they get really red or ooze it could be infected. Call your doc immediately! Mine healed it took about a month and a half.
