I need help

Ok if I don't consume enough protein and fluid I won't lose weight, right? I am at 254 been there for a week and 2 days and I'm only just two weeks post op.... I'm frustrated help!

I stalled as soon as I started full liquids 2 wks after surgery.

You might increase protein, or your exercise...

I was losing inches at the time of my stall... Stalks do indeed happen at any given time . You might want to search here on the forum under stalls.

Look for posts regarding the week 3 stall and you'll find that this happens to everyone as the body readjusts. You may even gain some weight, but you'll be losing inches.

I gained weight at 3 weeks - screamed when I saw it on the scale! Then I told myself I have been following the program they gave me, so I know it's not from eating wrong. So I knew if I just kept eating what I sould be, the weight would eventually start back down, and it did. Hang in there!
