Is it carbonated? Does anyone have problems drinking it?

It's not carbonated, you shouldn't have any trouble with it unless you are having trouble with citrus in which case I would avoid lemonade all together.

    Their web page said 20 cal and 2 sugars for a medium, I got a small but didn't check that size
