Oh no there is not crap in the house i dont buy it, he buys crap at work I send him lunch and I find empty bags in his car in the trash idk I make shakes for him he brings them home and let's them ruin, thanks for all the suggestions! I know I can only lead a horse to water I can't make him drink...
  4. He is eating crap both because it goes down easier and he wants to gain... like chips... Ugh!! He has always been a picky eater and chooses to eat crap he does eat tuna and crackers and cheese sticks, I think he needs to bulk up too his job is very physical and he has lost almost all his muscle it's awful
  5. My husband was sleeved 12/10/12 he has reached the 100lb already...he had a stricture and they fixed that but He looks sick.. His starting weight was 285 and 5'10" will he stop losing? he has never even hit a stall I am so worried about him, we work split shifts to take care of our children I try to monitor what he is eating but it's hard, he tells me he looks like a crack head and wants to gain weight back any suggestions? The doctor said up the calorie intake but how and with what he eats crap and drinks sweet tea? Any help will be appreciated
  6. I go thru weeks where I am stuck too last week has been one of them... I was 255 starting weight now 203.4 this morning.
  7. My husband went in to the dr because he has been problems with getting head aches when he eats then he has been throwing up alot, anyways they said when he swallows it goes down too slow and Friday they are doing an egd and going to stretch him? Anyone ever go through this? How did that work out?
  8. I have the littlest tails of strings coming out of my healed incisions, i thought it was just part of a little scab all this time but i was trying to get it off and realized what they are because one frayed, i have one on three out of the 5 spots. did anyone else have this happen?if so does it go away? I am calling dr tomorrow.
  9. I had an 11lb baby and a 38 lb 4yr old at tge time when i was sleeved. it was well into my 2nd week before my baby could sit with me for more than a few mins because she was so wiggly I would tense up to keep her balanced. But on week by the end of week three I could reach and pick her up from her bed but I couldn't bend down and get her swing. Idk if this helps but that was my experience, bath time was very interesting lol
  10. Oh I also use my fitness pal and set my profile for everyone to be able to see my diary, most of the time that makes me think before I eat bc I don't want people to see that I ate badly or had too many calories in one day, maybe something like that would help you too
  11. I am having the same problem lately, it was my birthday on the 14th and I had a few things I shouldn't have had, I didn't get sick but ... anyways i am getting scared that I am eating to much. I know I need to plan better but I just don't know where to start, it is hard to cook small servings when I am used to cooking large scale. So you are not alone but we can do this together
  12. Mine is amanncpht
  13. AWESOME!!! What a great story! Keep up the great work!
  14. I am in the same boat sleeved on 12/10 gained 3pounds since 1week post op, over all a total loss if 26 pounds so like you I am not unhappy but I am freaked because I don't want to be doing something wrong... We just have to hang in there!
  15. Sw 255 1 week out post op was 227, I have been the same until this week I started puréed and I have gained 2 pounds :/ I don't know if I am not getting enough water or if I am eating all wrong or what but I am getting frustrated and its only been 5 days
  16. Other than shakes I mean...
  17. I know it's crazy but the only protein in my pureed diet is refried beans and yogurt and it has to be unflavored
  18. No but I keep reading things on here about what people are doing, lol I guess I shouldn't do that. One lady said she ate a puréed meatball and that sounded so good to me, which sounds silly now, I guess I am just craving everything I can't have
  19. I should have measured inches, I was sleeved on the 10th and 1week out I was at a total loss (including pre op loss) of 26lbs and have been the same since, I am happy with the loss, I think I am experiencing some food anxiety or something lol.
  20. It is driving me crazy that there are so many different versions if puréed post op diets, I am on 2 weeks of puréed but I can't have any meat. Which limits me to puréed veggies and fruit. I don't understand why some people can have meat during this stage and I can't. Sorry for the pitty party, just frustrated.
  21. I am going to try the extra soapy suggestion thank you!
