Stomach Exercises

Doors any one know when I can start stomach exercises. I'm doing cardio and arm workouts but I'm afraid my stomach is bring neglected I'm 14 days out and still a little sore on my left side

I would wait until you aren't sore anymore. You wouldn't want to aggravate any muscles. I made that mistake and was miserable for weeks. Couldn't even bend over to tie my shoes.

I'm 3, almost 4 weeks out. I was okay pain wise, almost nonexistent. My crunches brought back a pain in my biggest incision.

Check with your surgeon. I wish I had waited.

I'm not sure of the correct answer, but I started at six weeks and was fine.
