I just had to give a huge shout out to my immersion blender which made my first day back to work bearable!! I think that they should just hand out these wonderful inventions to everyone on full liquid diet! After I got home I was able to make dinner in 5 minutes.

What is the immersion blender?

It's a long thin blender on a stick that you can place into soups and whatever you like. It will purée the liquid which is really helpful for the liquid diet stage. You can get them at target or any cooking store. They also make super frothy protein shakes!
