My name is Tamamara. i am just trying to get past all of these clearances I have to do. I had a cardiac appointment yesterday and now they want a stress test (he just wants to get some visits out of me). I did pulmonary testing yesterday and will see the MD for their blessing tommorrow. I thought the insurance company was going to be the problem.

This is so cool to have another person to start a new life with!!!!! I am not worried about the surgery it self more worried about the recovery. I saw the surgery on You Tube and was shocked how simple it looked.

Amen to excellent and speedway recovery!! Tomorrow I have too see my pcp for final talk about my surgery choice ...at first I was going to do the lapband but read so many post-op problems....the sleeve was just a better option for me.... I am all fine with all my pre-op evaluations...Thank God!

I have browsed through the YouTube videos ...But switch quickly to before & after shots..lol a little chicken I am...lol I start my liquid diet on 31st ladies lets help each other its won't be a piece of cake...Did some say cake?!?!lol

Sounds like a plan! I have only 1 wk of pre-op diet which will begin on Jan. 7. I am a little worried about the pre-op diet because I do a lot of mindless eating and I am worried about eating something before I realized I did it. I am going to try very hard to give 100% to it.

Hakyna, I was so concerned about my pre-op diet evaluation ...but then I realized that this is why I am having WLS so don't worry and record all your daily in takes.....you will be fine...Today I saw my pcp and she was totally exited about the outcomes...she recomenrthe lapband I spoke to her and explainedmt concern in regards to it and she agreed....This has been pretty straight forward for me

..nmy concerns and worries are posr-op....

I have to do the Medifast diet for

1 week. No extra food or snacks. No need to record my food if I follow the diet.

Hi, what really helps is logging your food and exercise. We use My fitness pal on our phones. It's a free app.

My handle is alliecat1095..

I would recommend you take your measurements weekly because once you have a stall it helps to know you are losing inches.

Thanks alliecat for the feedback. Will do it!
