Sleeved on Dec.17 - feel like A$$

This is the first time I've even been on my phone.

Surgery was Monday around 1pm and then I spent 3-4 hours in recovery vomitting.

Finally got to my room around 8pm Monday night. I have never been in so much pain.

I've been walking as much as possible, standing up or laying down is what is most comfortable. Otherwise, horrible heartburn.

Just started 30cc every half hour of Glucerna & that takes much better than Water.

I'll probably go home tonight or in the AM. Praying I begin to heal faster, I just want to sleep!

How's everyone else?

sorry you're not doing well. it will get better. you are in my prayers.

Sorry to hear - I was like you. The first day/night were the worse. Dr had to give me stronger meds and the anti nausea meds were gods send. Don't be shy to ask for meds - it will help you relax and get some sleep.

Keep hydrated and do the walking.

hang in there! im two weeks post op & had ups & downs...going back to broth cuz 'regular' was just too filling & painful....but this will pass....hafta say not feeling hungry is AMAZING!! hope ur feeling better soon :0)
