scrambled eggs, greek yogurt, tomatoe sauce with cottage cheese , parmesan & mozzerella baked ( I call this noodless lasagna) , fat free tuna salad , chicken salad, lots and lots of refried beans and chili

Hi. I'm at 3 wks post surgery too. What works well for me is yogurt, mashed potatoes, creamy soups and pureed foods. Just remember to chew a lot and take your time.

I love these too, But my dear, where is the Protein here ?

I'm at 3 weeks too and was going to ask this very same question. I am getting pretty bored of the current stuff so I'm glad to hear there are more options.

I have questions about specific stuff...

Like is Pasta OK now - because it's so soft. Someone mentioned a lasagna sort of thing, or I was wondering about Mac n cheese?

what about egg salad - with non fat mayo?

And what kind of chili?

Thanks in advance.
