So I went shopping today because I have NO clothes and the store I shop at had a major sale!! Half off already clearance priced items. So I went in there and cleaned up in some things especially since I only have 15lbs to lose before I reach goal now! Here is some pics of me in the dressing room tryin things on, and in shock bcuz I can fit in a size SMALL IN JUNIOR SIZES!!!! I was in shock completely and almost cried!!! I haven't been able to wear a small in anything in YEARS!!! Needless to say I bought everything I liked lol but going from a size 3x-4x in plus size to a small-med in junior sizes will make u want everything that looks good lol

Wow! 4 months post opt and already only 15 lbs away from reaching your goal?!!! Now thats amazing and truly inpiration.... Please give us a quick run down of what things helped you acomplish this..? Exercise/ meal plans etc...!

Thank u!! Well I mainly did the treadmill everyday 30mins a day stayed clear away from carbs, and made sure I got my Protein in.
