Good days, bad days. Today bad

Hey all. As we all know we have good days and bad days. Today is bad. I'm so discouraged and two days away from my appointment with my surgeon. Total loss so far was 30 and now I have gained 3-4 lbs. I know the stall is usually like at 3-4 weeks but its sooo discouraging. Also because my nut is not being covered by insurance.

I'm feeling embarrassed because of the stall. I will be mortified when I go to my surgeon. I just know me.

It seems that once the surgery is done you feel totally alone on this journey. That is why I post on here because I rely on the info that is posted

Hoping tomorrow will be a better day
