Beyond Discouraged :(

Today I am 25 Days Post Op and have been in a stall since 9 Days Post Op. I am beyond discouraged! I barely eat anything, still struggling with my liquids and get about 35-40 oz a day and usually get around 60 grams of protein daily. No matter how hard I try to get liquids in I just can't. My Pre Surgery weight was 262 and I am 245. I just want the scale to start moving again.

shhhh.... it's ok... hush now... *calmly stroking arm*

Continue to try to get in more fluids - sip sip sip throughout the day. The weight has to come off. Starving people aren't fat.

I was feeling really bummed with my slow weight loss too. I talked to my friend who had the surgery over a year ago and she said she felt the same way until about 3 or 4 months the weight started flying off! I hope the same happens for me!
