  1. I get them all the time and it's definitely my sign that I am full and to stop eating!

I am not on any meds so no problems there. Am working on getting my fluids up and will see If that helps. I usually get about 32-40oz a day which I know isn't enough.

I am 4 months out and have been getting dizzy a lot. It was first just a couple of times a day but now it's happening every time I stand up. Any ideas on why this is happening?
  4. I was sleeved by Dr. Marsden on 11/19 and I was very happy with him! My surgery was in Plano at Baylor! My only negative is his follow up care isn't all that great. He sees you one time about a month after surgery and that is it.
  5. I would never survive without my Mio! I even use it to flavor my vanilla protein shakes!
  6. Add me to the freezing list too!!! I have NEVER in my life been so cold!!
  7. I eat those at least 2-3 times a week. I enjoy them!
  8. I use to but not anymore. Now it's every 3 days or so.
  9. Yes I got on the scale today and it's still the same. I have been in a stall since Post Op Day 9 and today I am Post Op Day 29. I have lost a whopping 17 lbs since surgery
  10. Today I am 25 Days Post Op and have been in a stall since 9 Days Post Op. I am beyond discouraged! I barely eat anything, still struggling with my liquids and get about 35-40 oz a day and usually get around 60 grams of protein daily. No matter how hard I try to get liquids in I just can't. My Pre Surgery weight was 262 and I am 245. I just want the scale to start moving again.
  11. I am so over being on this darn stall 3 weeks post op tomorrow and I have spent half that time in a stall. Barely able to eat anything and still only getting about 30oz of fluid a day and around 30 grams of protein. I know that is my problem but I have absolutely no desire to eat and drinking makes me fill so full.

  13. I was sleeve on 11/19 and I lost 11lbs pre-op and 18 lbs since surgery. However I have only lost 3 lbs in the last 6 days. Gotta love the stalls.

  16. I wish! Mine was 2 weeks late after surgery (which freaked me out btw) and it came back yesterday with a vengeance! Holy cow, the cross are worse than ever and it's super heavy. And I am only 2 weeks out from surgery so I haven't taken anything for the cramps as I am not sure what I can!
  17. I am 2 weeks out today and STILL cannot get all my fluids in. I just try and get a little more in each day. Also, a lot of people are not able to tolerate plain water for awhile after surgery. I drink mostly G2 Gatorade and water with propel zero mixed in. You might want to try that and see if you are able to tolerate that better. Oh and I always drink a 12oz Gatorade first in the morning before my shake because like you mentioned once I drink. Shake I don't feel up to drinking anything else for hours!
  18. Thank You everyone who replied You all are great!! Starting soft foods today so my protein will be up some and still working on those fluids so hopefully this will help!!
