My face...

I was sleeved on 12/3. My face is so badly broken out. I think it is s combination of pimples and something else. It got bad during preop diet and has gotten worse post op. Could it be from the protein powder...stress...anyone have any ideas?

Our bodies store lots of hormones in fat , as it gets burned they are released, is a possibility . Remember mama says " don't pick" keep your hands off your face and drink lots of water!

Could it be possibly an allergic reaction to something???

The only thing that I can seriously think of that has cbanged over the course of the last couple of months is the protein powder..but the breakout is only on my face.

I have read that a high protein diet can break out your face. And it did on me, and I am 59! It passed quickly though, just lasted a couple of weeks.

My face is broken out too its from the Protein try whey isolate see if it makes a difference
