1 week post op and my hips don't hurt. :).

My first NSVs!

Surgery date 11/26 weight loss since surgery 10lbs, total loss since starting WLS process 24

1. Can go up and down my stairs at home with NO knee pain or constant knee joint popping

2. Have had 2 people who do not know I had surgery tell me I look like I've lost weight!!

3. My rings are too loose and will need to be sized

4. I can zip up my boots without using pliers :)

Even though the scale only shows a 10lb loss since surgery the NSVs are more than making up for it!!!
