Hi all. Everything went well. I was done with surgery To 325 was in recovery until 6 and now I'm in my room.. Feel pretty good other than the nausea. I had dry heaves at first. Then a little while ago threw up a few times.

Only have two incision and they don't hurt but my whole abdomen is sore.

So far so good. Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers today. I can't keep my eyes open other wise I would write more.

I'm doing ok. Actually still in the hospital. I've had a lot of nausea up until this morning and they don't let you leave with that. At least my Dr doesn't. Because of the swelling the upper gi didn't go as planned. It got stuck in my esophagus. That was at 730 yesterday morning. They took new xrays around 1 and the contrast made it to my small intestines. So i didn't start the liquid diet until last night. So we will repeat tomorrow and hopefully go home.

I'm not in a lot of pain. They took my pain drip away last night and I only had one does of oral this morning at 315. It was so gross income refuse to take it again. I was gagging the whole time.

And of course I'm exhausted you don't get much sleep in the hospital. It's kinda comical now because every time I fall asleep someone comes in this room to do something to me.

Each day is getting better. Last night I could drink a whole lot. Today I'm getting down 2oz at a time.

Sounds like they are taking good care of you- that's good. I'm sure you'll be happy to get home though! Good luck with the rest of your stay. Hope you are feeling less nauseous by the minute. I hate that feeling over all so that must suck! :-/ looking forward to your next update. :-)
