Dr. Kim in Celebration. I've just finished my pre op diet and checklist, waiting on insurance approval. Many on his staff have had bariatric surgery, so they know from experience, so that is reassuring.

    Hey all! I thank you for all the names! I did look into one in Fort Myers and they said I wouldn't have to go thru all the other stuff since I'd be a self pay but..... The cost for the sleeve is $18,000 and the way I understood it was that didn't include the cost of the band removal :(. So instead I'm taking 5 days from my FL vacation to leave my daughter with grandma and grandpa and going to Mexicali for revision surgery. Thanks for all the suggestions on the FL surgeons!!!
