  12. Started my pre-op diet a week ago today and I have been following it for the most part. I have to drink 2 protein shakes a day and eat 4 ounces of meat and 1 cup of veggies. I am so hungry after that but I did have my pre-op dr. appt and I went down from 269.8 to 256.4 so I guess I am doing something right lol.
