I had surgery last June. I am down 74 lbs. I was doing very well but an now at a stand still. I have been at a 74-78 lb loss for 3 months now. I know what I need to do but I just can't seem to do it. My goal is to do the pre surgery liquid diet this week to get me back on track. I am hoping some of you will hold me accountable lol. I am happy with my progress but know I can do better .

Well good luck to you! And thank you so much for your kind words. Please keep me posted on how it's going. I'm on day 2 and so far so good. I feel so much better all ready.

I live in Bonita and also have Dr. Bass . Going to get sleeved on June 10th and start the liquid diet on the 3rd. Any tips would be awesome -
Met with my surgeon today for my pre op. will be starting my liquid diet on 6/3. I think I wanna start it sooner than that. Is any one else an overachiever? If so was it success or a fail? ???? Thanks for all your input I'm kinda clueless

Well hello! Looks like we will be on the same journey! I had my meeting with my surgeon today and will start my liquid diet on 6/3. I feel exactly the same super excited but also very nervous! We will need to keep in touch and motivate each other ???? btw I lover your username ????????????

I am getting 10 weeks of iron infusions. My surgery will be about half way through them . Hoping it won't interfere. See my surgeon on Tuesday. Have you had surgery yet? -

I just recently became obsessed. I think it is now becoming real. So now I have 3 weeks to learn everything I need to know. I am such a procrastinator . This forum has all ready helped ease my mind do much! Thank you to all if you for sharing your stories and tips . -
