I can only eat a small amount of anything. I be damn if it didnt make me sick. I got sick last night throwed up once. Today I got up my stomach has cramped and tore up one time. I have felt weak and like **** all day.

Awe, I am sorry you feel this way. I am actually feeling like that today food didn't want to agree with me today at all.

I hope you feel better soon! Just remember to try to at least get in your fluids. :)

Eww...sorry. Hope your back to normal soon!

Thanks I am feeling a little better this morning. I hope I continue to feel better today. I guess my body just is not ready for vegetables yet

It could very well be the beef. Beef is very hard on our systems and very hard to digest. If the veggies were cooked soft you should not of had a problem. I have yet to have beef(besides ground) and am not sure if I ever will. Just not worth the risk.

I also got sick for the first time this week from a casserole that had very soft mixed veggies and hamburger. I ate about 6 bites and sleevie didn't like it at all! I think it was the veggies, I have eaten ground beef with no problems.
