Mexican Surgeons

Please let me know which surgeons you guys have had success with.. I'm researching just in case my insurance decides to not approve last minute.. The nurses have told me not to worry, but I always like to be prepared!!! I'm getting this surgery done this year if its the last thing I do!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

I have been doing the same thing. I still have till March but I want to have a backup plan just in case! So far I am looking at Dr Ponce De Leon or either Dr. Fernando Garcia. I pray that Insurance approves because to be honest the thought of going to Mexico scares me.

I know!!! The thought of going to Mexico scares me too.. so I'm praying for Medicaid to approve me with no issues!!!! ***Fingers Crossed***

I went to Piedras Negras, MX to Dr. Guillermo Alvarez, he is wonderful and my experience there was great. He is a wonderful surgeon and if you check reviews on ObesityHelp.com, he has great ones.

I too went to Mexico and had my surgery with Dr Alvarez on 8/31/12. He is a great surgeon!! Would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone considering going to Mexico to get sleeved.
