I have a thing for cream cheese which I never had before..and avacados..I could just eat an Avacado for dinner..if only it had more protien..

im 7 days out and sort of experiencing this! For example... tonight I just WANTED a sugar free pudding. Was NOT hungry and was able to get in adequate nutrition today. I ate it. I think its definitely a head thing! Because I really cant say i feel much real hunger at all.

Yes, I definitely get munches at night. My dr. Was adamant that I only eat 3 times a day... No snacking. It's so hard to control this.... Are you all allowed to have snacks between meals?

Oh yes..that's the only way I can get all protein in..almost everyone's nutritionist or doctor say eat 6 x a day ..3 meals...3 snacks..I'm still only about 600 calories...how much protien you getting?

Yes' date=' I definitely get munches at night. My dr. Was adamant that I only eat 3 times a day... No snacking. It's so hard to control this.... Are you all allowed to have Snacks between meals?[/quote']

I am allowed five small meals a day (1/2 cup solids, more if it's liquid). I actually have a hard time getting them all in and went down to four. But two of those are supposed to be categorized as snacks. For one I have a Protein shake because I have trouble getting in 60g daily and the other is whatever I want within the limits of my program now (I am still not allowed raw vegies, fruit skin, etc). If it's killing you, add a snack. Make it a reasonable one, like cheese and whole wheat crackers or something and I will bet you don't see any change in your weight loss. And you'll feel better!

Thanks for the replies.... I'm trying to get the 60 grams of protein in but sometimes it's hard. I will add a protein snack to my daily schedule. Thanks!
