I still can't kick this funk of not being able to eat what I want. I know I should be happy that I have restriction and am losing weight and I am BUT I still find myself wanting to have what will taste good and not being able to fill the void of the "addiction" is really getting me down. I don't know if its just me or if its normal? I'm going to my shrink tomorrow so ill talk to him about it but dang when does it stop?!? Ill be 6 wks po on Tuesday.
