Just watched your YouTube videos and they were very informative. I am in the same boat as you and am also named Brian. I started at 333 and was sleeved the end of September. I'm down about 50 lbs with minimal complications (back hurts),

I am also cold all the time where I was always hot.

I'm trying to find a good app for tracking Protein. I have tried myfitnesspal but tracking protein isn't that easy in it.

I'm heading in for my 2 month visit this week and looking forward to the results.

As for exercise, I'm riding my bike and try to hit the treadmill but only 1-2 times per week. I definitely have definitely lost some strength in my muscles probably due to lack if protein, it's a challenge to get 80 grams of protein in a day. I'm beginning to supplement with eas rtd shakes that have 43g in them.

Best of luck.

Congratulations on your loss!! Great job!!

Keep in mind with the shakes to split it up - your body will only absorb around 25 grams at a time.

Congratulations on your surgery tomorrow!! Take Care and God Bless You!
