I had the same problem for the first month or so, but it did go away.It is hard to slow down and I still frequently have to stop mid-meal, put my fork down and take a minute to breathe.

I tend to eat to fast too. Sometimes by the time I get to sit down and eat I am so hungry I just stuff it in so fast. So now I just sit with them while they eat and then have my dinner after they go to bed. That's the only way I can keep from making myself sick.
