Christmas Day Challenge!

Alright Thanksgiving is here! But now is the most important time of year to stay on track! So I hope no one else started this challenge already and I missed it! So is everyone up for a Christmas Challenge! I will start it! My weight loss has slowed since getting closer to goal, but I know I can do this!

Current Weight 159

Goal to be under 150

So is any one else in? Do we want to do weekly check ins and if so what day works best for everyone else?

Www.myfitnesspal.com. It's a free app and website where you can track your food, exercise and weight loss. Your 'friends' can post encouragement to your posts on there. Takes a little bit of tweaking for our Protein requirements but its fun. There are android apps, apple apps and a website.

No clue since I can't see what's going on. Try logging back in. What user name did you choose?

I am at my parents house for Christmas break - no scale so I don't know if I have made my goal or not. I won't know until I get back home on Friday January 4th....fingers crossed!
