Losing Weight But I Don't See It.....

So apparently, I've lost 14 pounds so far on my pre-op diet but I can't even tell. Usually, when a person loses weight, you can see it in their face right away. My face looks the same, my clothes fit the same, everything is the same.

Is this normal? Where did those 14 pounds go?

I didn't start to notice until about 25lbs lost.

You see yourself every day, but before long others will notice, and that will help you see it too!

I'm with Delta_Girl. I didn't notice a thing until I was 25 pounds out either. And didn't go down a size till I was 30 pounds out. Hang in there- it won't be long before you see and feel the changes.

Well you also have to realize the first 20lbs or so is water weight.... that's why it comes off so fast... then usually the 20lbs after that is when people will slowly start to notice.
