  • One cup lactade or whatever you use. Two scoops chocolate Protein. I use the GNC stuff. Two packets of Splenda and one table spoon of natural Peanut Butter and blend. My god so yummy

  • I actually made something similar last night for dinner. 8 ounces Simply Smart milk with one scoop of Chocolate Whey Protein and one TBSP natural PB, 3 ice cubes..whirled in blender. No splenda for me

  • Both sad to say, I'll use yesterday's coffees for a cold one, fresh coffee for a hot one. It's good with nonfat or coconut (no sugar added) milk.

Seriously, I love peanut butter. This must be shared.

Someone else posted this today. I can't wait to try it! I am currently loving the pumpkin pie shake. It tastes just like pumpkin pie! Yay I feel like I'm not missing out on thanksgiving lol

I like doing similar in my coffee in the morning except I use PB2 and sometimes the PB2 with chocolate. If I use some time of milk, I try for coconut milk. Otherwise the coffee, caffeinated or decaf, as the liquid.

I've been using the PB2 also, and LOVE it in my Chocolate Protein shake. Also have been using the sugar free peppermint syrup with the Chocolate. YUM

Thanks!

I fix my coffee every morning with about half cup milk with a half scoop protein powder mixed in. That way if I am not hungry for a while at least I got some protein in. The chocolate is really good.
