I am 10 days sleeved and am now allowed to eat what you guys call mushies (blended food) fromage frais, cream soups etc. what's the difference between this and the next stage?

The next stage for me was soft food. Basically the same as the blended diet but you don't have to blend it.

Thanks hunny, not that I'm anywhere near there. I ate 2 teaspoons of yoghurt today, it stayed down no bother for about 2 hours with no problem, but then I had the most terrible diarrhoea. Do you know if this is normal or does it mean my tummy isn't ready for this yet? Xx
