Fatty Liver/spleen

When I had my surgery..my surgeon said had a massive liver and a massive spleen..anyone have a giant spleen?..I'm trying to be educated and he didn't tell me much

.I'm nervous anyone know anything ..I know loosing weight will help..any experience or knowledge anyone would like to share?

    Fatty liver is normal when you are overweight. As you lose that will go away. My spleen was removed so I'm not sure about that.
