Hair Loss :(

Hello Everyone

I was sleeved 1 1/2 month ago, and I have started to lose hair & its thinning as well. Can anyone recommend any products for this?

    At my pre-surgery appointment they recommended a product called Toppik if we experience hair loss. I have no idea if it works. I am only a week out.

    I take 7500 mg biotin in caplets and use a biotin shampoo and conditioner.

    I'm pre-op but people I know have said to try Biotin and also cutting shampoo (or using sulfate-free shampoo) and only using conditioner (also free of sulfates and cones - silicone, etc.).
