    I'm in Ohio too...Columbus to be exact...I have my last dietary appointment tomorrow...I don't have a date yet...But i'm hoping for sometime next month

    The hospital here is so booked we are looking at least a month and half to get in. When I first started this process a yr ago people were getting surgies 2 or 3 weeks after approval.

    Yes I think that is what happened in this case. I look at the positives: able to enjoy the holidays and my trip to Vegas mid Jan. I am sure the time will fly by! Keep me posted on your progress.

    I can enjoy the holidays except I can't drink on new years Eve. I'm good for Thanksgiving but no Xmas dinner cuz of a liquid diet. So ima work on Xmas so I wont b tempted.

    I'm in Columbus as well..... going to Mexico being self pay. Cost is $8700 which includes hotel stay night before surgery.
