Real Reviews?

I have read on another thread that they believe that some of the people who are giving very positive reviews of Mexican surgeons and their procedures are in fact not "real" people at all but those marketing for that particular Dr.

I am super nervous now, scheduled with dr Garcia. U guys are real people right?? Lol

    I too am real and had my revision surgery with Dr Garcia on September 10th. He is an amazingly skilled surgeon and you can't go wrong with him. No worries, best of luck.
