I Think I Found My Transfer Addiction....

  • Popular Post

It's me! I have found myself doing all sorts of health&beauty things since I had my surgery. I'm a 26 year old guy that in the last week has gone to the spa for manicure, pedicure, facial, and massage. I bought all sorts of fancy face scrubs. I had a lady friend fix my straggly eye brows. Spent a ton of money on a fancy electric tooth brush and whitening things. And go to the gym every day. What the heck happened to me!?!?!? I guess I'm feeling better and way more confident and decided I need all of this??? I never would have done all this pre op lol! I can't help but to laugh at myself.

I have been thinking about that as I approach surgery, what will I do with my time and extra money whe I am not using it for food and drinks??? Sounds like you have found some healthy and beneficial addictions. Can't wait to start my own journey and feel like doing things to make me feel and even look better.

P.S. I wish I could get my husband to get a pedicure!

Not gonna lie, I secretly enjoyed it! It will definitely become part of a routine now! It's such a weird feeling to me of actually pampering and caring about yourself as weird as that sounds. But when I was over weight and unhappy all I wanted to do was get through my day and go home and wasn't overly concerned with the little appearance things.

Could be worse. At least it's not something that's detrimental to your health. Congrats on the weight loss, and the ability to find something else that will keep you positive about your accomplishments! Cause when you look good, you feel good. :)

So, it's about time you pampered yourself! LOL I love this and wish my man was more open minded like this........ :) Keep it up your doing great! :)

I will be on the field with my swords and fighting 25 year old men and holding my own - and I sometmes want to just cry. I just look around and everything is like it was when I was 20.
