3 Days Post Op

Ooof. I am in so much pain on my right side. No where else, just there. I'm also getting horrible headaches but only when I sleep. Drinking as much as I can so I'm pretty sure it's not dehydration. Any thoughts?

no helpful words but I hope you have a speedy recovery :)

Having had terrible complications my dear...I'm going to give you the annoying and OH SO RIGHT answer of "CALL YOUR DOCTOR". Don't wait for someone here to say it's ok or not ok. That's not normal, not something you were told to expect, so call your doctor. Complications of this surgery are life threatening and should not wait for some dork like me on the internet to answer you! (And I say that with love in my heart because I never want anyone to experience the hell of complications of this surgery as I did)

The same thing happened to me, my head ached only when I slept. I thought it was because of all the medication so I wouldn't take anymore......which was a bad idea because I started dry heaving and it made my headache worse so I took the pain meds my surgeon gave me and I forced myself to drink more and the next day I felt so much better. I actually travelled 12 hours to get home and never looked back. I hope this helps.
