Vitamins

I am 2 weeks post op and I can’t stomach my Celebrate chew-able multivitamin. Literally 30 seconds after eating it i get the rumble and then extreme nausea. Should I get a Flintstone vitamin??? What did you use at this point in the game?

There have been similar posts where people reported getting nauseous with taking flintstone's vitamins. :)

I am 1 week po. I started my flinstones today..I was worried about nausea so I ate pudding 30 minutes prior. I have not had any ill feelings.

I am 6 weeks postop & I was getting extremely nauseous after taking the multi after breakfast. My NUT told me to take it right before bed & it's worked perfectly...hope you find a balance and feel better soon.

I will try that thanks

I use flintstones and haven't had any issues. I met with my surgeon last week and he notified me that i should be taking 2 twice a day instead of one twice a day like my NUT told me.
