I just started soft foods to. It only takes a few bites and I am stuffed! I am pretty sure that this is normal.

VERY NORMAL!!! :-)

And yes, it will loosen over time. Try to eat something not quite so solid next time. Whatever you ate might have been too hard to digest. I'm 11 weeks out & still can't eat chicken.

VERY NORMAL - I agree. I am a little over two months out and still in the same boat after two to three bites and I have to say- it's refreshing for a change. Sometimes my food feels stuck too- that part sucks but it should pass. You are doing great- keep it up. IT IS TOTALLY GOING TO GET EASIER! Hang in there!

Thank you guys!!! what about the feeling of food stucked in my chest for a minutes... Is that normal too?

Very normal...When I started solids, I could eat half a egg and be stuffed. And generally if you have that stuck feeling you may be eating too fast...Or in some cases there are foods that just no longer agree, at least for now...
