Im just curious. What are you eating in an average day? When did you get the sleeve and how much have you lost so far.

I'm eating baby food fruits for Breakfast , Protein shakes , soft veggies, ground chicken , ground turkey , lentils , still soft foods , about 1/2 cup a meal , maybe 4 meals a day . I was sleeved 9/26, I've lost 28 lbs so far. Hopefully this stall will end soon, I will be happy if I could lose 1-2 lbs a week.

Do you now how many calories you get on average? Maybe its too much or not enough.

I'm averaging about 500-650 calories . I'm thinking maybe it's not enough, idk . I figured if it was too much, I would gain weight. Not sure .

Thats not much calories. So thats good. Stay that way. Im no expert but I would drink much more water, walk 10,000 steps a day and avoid fatty foods. If you do that the weight will have to come off.

Thanks I will do that

Maybe, skip the fruit baby food in the am and replace it with protein like an egg. Maybe the switch from carb to protein might help? I don't know. I met with my bariatric ppl last week and was told I was having too many carbs- mine were mashed potatos so I had to cut it out. I was sleeved 9/17. I lost 10 pre op and 25 post so I am stalling a lot too.

I don't recommend eating fruits; too high in carbs. Eat protein for breakfast. Are you gettin in 60-80 grams of carbs per day?

I am getting about 30-45 grams of protein. I don't eat the baby food every day. I'm trying , tired of the shakes, but I will watch the carb intake. Thanks
