Vomit...help

M 7 weeks post surgery...stomach burns every time I eat....sometimes I vomit too

    What are you eating? Are you measuring your food? Are you taking at least 2 minutes between each bite? Are you chewing 20-30 times before swollowing? Did you have acid reflux before WLS?

    I used my iphone to time my bites. As soon as I swallowed and would time out 2 minutes then take another bite. That should help you learn to slow down.
