1St Seminar

Hello Everyone,

After a long week of wait due to hurricane Sandy. I will be attending my first wls seminar today... I am so happy but nervous at the same time I pray that all goes accordingly so my journey to a healthy new life can begin... :)

    How did it go? My visit was good I found out that with my insurance I don't need 6 months of diet logs... So tomorrow is my gastroenterology visit.
