exactly thats why alot of people been faling with these surgery because they dont fallow ther drs orders

i cant beleive it went so fast these 4 month .the closer i get towrds the end the more nervous im getting but also excited ..i hope it all goes smooth tomarow with the surgion..is ther any thing i should worry about who ever already went through this?

MY FRIEND GOT SLEEVED AND ONE LIL MIX DRINK AND SHE WAS ON A GOOD ONE . BUT I WOULD WAIT A WHILE AFTER YOUR DONE RECOVERING .AND REM ITS EASY TO GET ALCOHOL POISON NOW SO DONT OVER DRINK

i know i use them to sometimes but im sure you wopnt beable to drink them no more after surgery .i think it well have the same effect like drinking alcohol it well hit u faster and you might get all geterry

i taking classes right now throu kaiser i dont know if u took any classes but they told use to take all the vitiamins that the dr told u to take and your protien shakes ..you can do it good luck

good job bro im at 350 right now i got a while to go for me to finish my classes but keep it up.dr said the first 6 months is when u should push your self to lose weight befor u hit that wall.good luck

tomarow is class 5 and fiday mid eval im half way ther cant wait lost 10 since my class started thats with out the gym .going to start going to the gym starting today
